Guanying Chen   陈冠英

I am currently working at Baidu, Inc., where I work on computer visoin. I received my Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science at The University of Hong Kong in 2021, advised by Prof. Kenneth K.Y. Wong. Before that I received my B.Eng from Sun Yat-sen University, China.

I had worked closely with Prof. Kai Han, Prof. Boxin Shi, Prof. Yasuyuki Matsushita, and Prof. Lei Zhang in the past few years.

My research interests are in computer vision and machine learning. Specifically, learning based methods for physics-based vision, 3D vision, low-level vision, etc.
